Hi everyone.  My name is Ryan Keith Marlow.  I live in North Wilkesboro, NC.  I graduated from North Wilkes High School in '03, and am now self-employed as a Piano Technician, and also have a home-based business with Funding America, Inc.   Working with this company insures my financial security and successfulness for the future.  By the time I'm 25, I will be set for life.  I could retire before my kids start kindergarten.   So yes, since age 19, I have 2 businesses!

My personal testimony.

I was always raised in a good Christian environment.  My family, church, friends, etc.  I was always taught to go to church.  Even though I went to church all of my life, had Christian parents, relatives, etc., I knew I was missing something in MY life. I knew that just because I went to church, and was a good kid and all didn't mean I would get in to Heaven.  The Bible says in Ephesians 2:8,9 "For by grace ye are saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works lest any man should boast."  In other words, Paul the Apostle was saying that we can't earn our Salvation, it's just a free gift that God is willing to give to us if we'll just ask Him.
Something just wasn't complete in me.  When I was 13, I went with my church to West Lenoir Baptist Church where they have a 3 day youth camp.  I was having a...time, and that's all, I guess you could say.  I wasn't enjoying it as much as others were.  I got curious about it.  Why were they having such a great time and I was just...there?  On the last night of camp, God spoke to my heart.  I realized that I was lost and that if I didn't get saved, I would go to Hell.  It all seemed so clear to me then.  I needed to be saved!  Not baptized, or converted, but I needed to accept Jesus Christ into my heart as my personal Saviour.  So I did.  I went to the altar where friends met with me and prayed with me.  I asked Jesus into my heart on July 14, 1998.  Wonder how I still remember the day?  Well, when something as life-changing as that happens to you, you never forget it; and I do mean life-changing.  I used to do things that I have no desire whatsoever in my heart to do anymore.  It wasn't drugs or anything like that, but it was all sinful anyway.  I've seen people changed completely!  One day they are mean, cussing like sailors, etc, but then they get saved and their life is completely turned around.  God can, and will, save anyone!  As long as you ask him to.  That's all it takes, just ask him to and you too will
go to Heaven when you die.
I know it sounds crazy, hard to believe, and rather demented;  but I promise, it's true.  It's faith, believing that God will save you that makes the difference.  You can't just say, alright let's see:  "God save me" and wait to see if anything happens.  It doesn't happen like that.  You must understand and realize that you too are a sinner, and are condemned to eternity in Hell unless you accept God's free gift of salvation.  When you realize you're lost, and need to be saved, that is the time to ask Christ into your heart.  Believe in Him (not His existance, but His ability to save  you.  The devil himself believes in God's existance...), and he will save you if you just ask!  You'll never regret it, and you'll never be the same.  So many people today are looking for something to satisfy them.  They'll never find unless they ask Christ into their heart.  That is what you're missing.  I know, I've been there.  I wasn't really "wild", but yeah I cussed and wanted to do this and that.  Then normal things teenagers want to do.  When I got saved, everything changed.  My desires changed, my speech changed, I became a new man.  I'll never regret, and I'll never stop thanking for God for giving me the opportunity.  Now I can go to heaven when I die!

I want to thank God for being so good to me.  I was voted "Most Talented" in my senior class.  I thank God for being so gracious and giving me the talents that he has.  I want to use them in return to his goodness to uplift His name.  My desire is for Him to be glorified.  Thank you God for the Christian friends and family I have!
